Student Organization Recognition Process

To be recognized as a student organization you have to complete the following items:

  1. The Club Recognition Form.
  2. Write a Constitution/ Bylaws.
  3. Find initial members and fill out a membership list.
  4. Find a Club Advisor.
  5. The VP of Operations will be in contact with you to present to the Organizational Review Board to get approved!

Please check the box saying it is a new organization. The membership list document can be found in the bsg-finance public space under the “BSG Recognition forms” folder. In this folder, there is also a sample Constitution to serve as a guide for when you write yours.
